This is the thirstiest bullshit but I'm powering through because I'm a sucker for dragons

This is going to sound like faint praise, but it's really not: This has been a perfect bedtime book for me. My criteria: Engaging enough that I want to keep reading but not so enthralling that it keeps me up. This fits well into my "interesting, but I'm not stressed about what's coming next" niche.

I'm re-reading PR & TW (well, kind of - I'd listened to them before) in prep for reading Leviathan Falls.

Well begun is half done. At least that's what I'l tell myself when faced wit a fascinating book this long, insomnia, and a snoring husband.

I've been reading this book in fits and starts, but don't let my lack of speed dissuade you - it's really engaging.

Got this for the girls, but I won't turn my nose up at Aang's further adventures.

An upside to cuddling a sick kiddo veering in and out of sleep all day has been that I've gotten in some relatively rare reading time.

Checked out via Overdrive/FCPL, liked enough to buy a get-dirty hardcopy.

I am being lazy and it is grand.

I'm only getting through it in drips and drabs, but it's my favorite thing.

Another wonderful City Watch book done.

I'm such a liar. I'm actually listening to this book as hearing David read his essays is so the way to go.

So far, it's been a bit more enjoyable than Discovery of Witches.

It started off pretty strong (if pedestrian), but has become a trite paranormal romance :-( I'll probably finish it as I'm invested up to this point, but meh.

Don't judge my consumption of brain junk food.
