Most organizations are over-managed and under-led. That needs to change or the body of Christ will be in deep trouble.

Phoenix begged to get this series for her birthday, and so far we are both enjoying it, even though she insists I replace every occurrence of the word "mouse" with "hamster." That can be a lot of work, besides the fact that our hamster has to also be in the bed with us while I am reading, which has proven to be most distracting to both of them.

I am really impressed with and pleasantly surprised by Todd's writing.
