I'm loving this book. the author weaves a beautiful story with words that give imagery and emotion.

I’m enjoying this book. It’s heavy in weight so I have to choose when to read it.

Just started to read this book. A young very innocent high school girl is in the midst of being “discovered”and I’m thinking o boy, these people are going to take advantage of you.

I’m getting through this book but it is just so sad.

I have had to give it back to the library. Time ran out and I really wasn’t enjoying the. It was dragging on.

I'm reading and thinking of how difficult it must be to have to flee your homeland. Thoughts of the Ukraine, although this is about Syria.

im really not finding this book captivating. there is no progress.

I stopped reading The Overstory to read Amor Towles book The Lincoln Highway.

I'm slowly getting in to it. Each chapter is rich with his philosophy, so that I can only read one chapter a day. I have to digest his thoughts.
