Contains references to Bible passages and quotes about Gratitude along with a daily meditation. It asks you a question and gives ideas about applying some idea into your daily life. I am finding this a lovely way to start the day with my first cup of coffee.

Most of the recurring characters are terrible (possibly even nasty), but I *adore* this book! I love Flavia -- I can't really relate to her (by that I mean I'm nothing like her), but she's wonderful, strange, unique.... I can totally relate to her exasperation with those around her :D but she has a unique way of dealing with things (any laugh here would have to be slightly evil, but I'm laughing anyway hehe).

thinking of starting (again) a daily gratitude practice.... perhaps just articulate a few things each day.... perhaps a gratitude journal....? hmmmm

combining ideas from this with ideas from the web to create a Rosary meditation practice on the Beatitudes

Reading one section a week.... for 52 weeks (that's the plan anyway).
