The way this book rephrases and reframes what we look over in our day-to-day lives is a sharp wake-up call. Many of my personal and professional habits are getting a fresh perspective and I've only read 1/5 of the book thus far.

I've learned a lot about the mind, meditation, and humanity through the years. This book summarizes rationally what has been learned practically. So far, a nice refresher course. .
