This very easily could’ve been a “fix the space problem” book, and I’m so glad it isn’t. Refreshing.

Just getting started on my birthday present from Scalzi (I bought it myself, but it came out on my birthday).

I wanted to be annoyed by the Mario story but it was too good.

I might have a historically bad attitude about these books, but I still gotta know.

Okay maybe I like it enough to keep going.

Scalzi’s just good, man. This one doesn’t have nearly as many typos (haven’t noticed any yet) which is dramatically increasing my enjoyment compared to the last installment.

This is fun and I understand why people love these books but I’m not sure I’ll continue on after finishing this one. The show actually did a good job with all this so far. I know that probably sucks for me to say. That being said it is a good listen so who knows what the future may bring.
