This book has a forward stating that it was named "disappointment of the year" and is one of Frank Herbert's most misunderstood books.
To be honest, I'm enjoying this one more than the original. The original was too lengthy and wordy. This one is getting more to the point and is extremely interesting so far. I'm blowing thru this one. Hopefully the next is just as good.
