This is cute so far! And it’s really random but the characters ate macaroni soup and I was curious what it was, so I looked it up and why am I now craving it lol

apparently I only mentally posted a goodreads update last night and I didn’t actually click the buttons to post the update on here 😂 anyways, this is going about as good as I expected, which is to say not great. The story and characters are super bland, but I was sort of expecting that since I found Paper Towns and Will Grayson, Will Grayson to be bland

Giving John Green a third chance. Hopefully this one isn’t as disappointing as his other two books that I’ve read 🤞🏻

I haven’t been enjoying most of the books that I’ve been reading lately so I’m going to binge read some graphic novels and manga. Hopefully this gets me out of my funk 😭

I keep telling myself "I'll respond to my Goodreads messages later" and then I forget to respond and now it's been over six months since I've responded to people and I don't know if it's too awkward to reply to everyone this late-

I have a couple thoughts from what I read tonight.

First of all, Lancelot is just plain oblivious. I knew what the “twist” was at like 20% in the book yet Lancelot only figured it out now. Yikes.

Second of all, reading about Arthurian characters smoking joints will never not be weird…

This book is so boring :(

This book started off so good but I’m starting to lose interest in it. What is it with me and not loving any of the books I’m reading this month? :(

That dang princess peach song is stuck in my head. I’ll be reading an intense fight scene and my brain is going “Princess Peach, at the end of the line

If this ever gets adapted into a show, it should be an anime. The magic would look so cool if it were animated 🩶🩶

I don’t know what I was expecting from this book, but I definitely did not want to read about the author’s mom’s sex life-

I thought sitting on people’s faces was just a joke and not something that people actually thought was “sexy”?? Maybe I’m just too much of a sex-averse ace for this book lol

I like how Ron is making jokes about what Tom Riddle might’ve done then he casually mentions that maybe he murdered Myrtle lol

I’ll never understand why the movies gave so many of Ron’s lines to Hermione

I love how much this book is connected to Half-Blood Prince. Like how the vanishing cabinet gets broken by Nearly Headless Nick and then in book six, that’s why Draco is having to get the cabinet fixed

One of my fav scenes because it always gives me the vibes that Draco is pretending to hate Harry but he secretly has a crush on him 💚
