Characters are the coolest part of books. Nine just had a cool characteristic reveal when he fought off some big guys that were going to beat up two young humans (Nine doesn't generally care about humans) because he doesn't like bullying. The scene where he told Four this was really cool.

I'm going through phases of liking Four and hating Four. Right now, he's fine. He just admitted to Nine that he believes that he is Pitticus Lore (which I just realized is the author's name, that's funny how the author made himself the most powerful person in those two worlds) which was a complete shock. Six was just kidnapped and I really hope that the different groups will get to her as soon as they can.

I love the female characters in this book. They are all strong in both different and similar ways. Six is my favorite character (and also my favorite number which is cool). I love how she will stop at nothing to protect those she loves, and is very smart, prepared, and focused.

I'm excited to continue the I Am Number Four series with this book. I think my favorite thing about this book will be all the characters because all of the numbers are gathering together. I wonder how long it will take for Six and John's stories to unite into one. I hope it's not too long.

...I love how she discovered her maternal instinct when she met Walt, another amazing character. Walt has down-syndrome and is very good at solving a rubix cube. He is smart and is willing to help Mim with whatever she needs. Not many people write from the perspectives of these types of characters which is why I love this book so much.

One of my favorite things about books are the characters within them. There are a few characters in Mosquitoland that I love for their uniqueness. The main character, Mary Iris Malone or Mim, knows who she is which is a very admirable quality. She is strong and strong-minded. She is determined to go live with her mom and be there for her. She is also very witty and is an amazing writer...

I am so grateful for the sacrifices that Joseph Smith and the Saints at the beginning of the church's restoration made so I can have the true gospel.

This is a very very long book so reading 2% of it is actually a lot more than you would think. Obviously, I love this book. When I read it I feel like I'm doing the right thing and I learn things that I can use in my daily life. Lessons such as trusting in God, and working hard. This book is true, and it is very important to me.

I love the girl's personality and how she isn't afraid to speak her mind. I also love Arlene. She is an old woman who breaks many stereotypes for Mim (the main character). Mim feels like she can open up to Arlene. I hate the Poncho Man. He is extremely creepy and should not be allowed to harass Mim like he continues to do. I would not have let him sit by me, especially since he took Arlene's seat on the bus.

...I love how she describes herself as the heroine and I can't wait to see where this story goes. It started out really fast, but that didn't really bother me.

I just grabbed this book off the shelf at the library because it had an interesting title, cover, and book description. One of my favorite things about it so far is the narrator who is the main character. I like how she is talking to the reader in a young, relatable sort of way. I also really like how she told part of the story through a letter-type journal entry to a person named Isabel.

I loved the part when Lucy had to save Lockwood. Lockwood was transfixed by a female ghost who was famous for luring men to their death and Lucy saw Lockwood without much time to spare. I loved how quick she thought and how she would do anything for him. She showed this by grabbing a trapeze rope and swinging from the balcony to the floor below. I love how the author describes scenes like this.

I'm intrigued by this book. I think it's told from a different perspective from most books which is important. I'm nervous, though, because since the book has been out so long, I think I know the ending.

This shows me, among other things, what great faith can do and the important impact that a mother's influence has on their children.

The leader of the army, Helaman, would not let them do that. They remembered that their sons had not taken the same covenant and so they went to battle. They had such immense faith that they would be okay because their mother's told them that if they were living God's commandments and were faithful that they would not be harmed. When they went to battle every single one of them came out unharmed...

I love this book. It is filled with wonderful and true stories. I don't know if I have written about this or not, but I recently read one of my favorite stories. A group of soldiers had made a covenant with God to no longer fight and pick up their weapons. Later, however, when their people were going to be under attack, they considered breaking their covenant to defend their land and people...

I can't believe John, Six, and Sam are going back to Paradise, Ohio. I know a lot is going to happen when they get there and I'm excited and very nervous for it. At the beginning of the book I didn't like Marina/Seven very much because I didn't know very much about her legacies (powers/abilities) and I didn't understand her situation as much...

Recently John, Sam, and Six have been training and it's amazing to read about how John's cockiness is slowing waning as Six kicks his butt while training.

At first I wasn't as interested in Marina's story as opposed to Four's story because it was just about a girl stuck in a convent, but I really liked reading about her hidden cave. She walks there on Sundays through the snow with a blanket tied around her neck to cover up her footprints. She does amazing paintings on the walls of the caves. I hope that her story will be able to continue to escalate.

I'm excited to see where this story goes. I like how it is told from two different perspectives so far: Seven's and Four's. The writing isn't too sophisticated which took a little while to get used to, but overall I really like it so far.
