I may not be in the target audience because I'm not a teacher but a learner. However, it helped me identify some of my learning difficulties.

A book every teacher from my country should read. I am shocked how unpopular it is.

So now we know. The forced make-believe nature of BS jobs is the most demoralising.

This book makes me ask what's worse - a bullshit job or a real job when you're drowning in responsibilities...

I'm not even finished, but I definitely think it will be the most gorgeous book of the year. It's so nice and nerdy!

The chapter with the responsibility is so true. Chapter 9 is accurate, too, for many modern relationships.

The chapter about what sabotages our relationships is so true, start to finish...

Some scenarios are quite delusional... but some good advice here and there

It is very simplistic, written for the average man with a bit of fear. It contains only some common sense advice and nothing more. Also, he keeps citing other books and authors, so it's nothing original.

So... the author thinks that the world has a shift in consciousness. Some of the reasons: yoga and meditation in the West and breaking the binary "barrier." This is sheer stupidity.

It's true that we need to seek the truth. It's true that now the ideas we don't agree with are seen as offensive. But it's also true that there are 2 biological genders, and I'm not full of ego if I believe this, as the author claims. Also, this book is full of semi-Buddhist crap.

Some good advice but some bad advice too. To make humility humor? It can be a good thing sometimes. And yeah, FYI, religion is goodness. If you know what you believe in.

Not so special. It has some good advice, though. I hate that she thinks she knows the causes of some feelings, but in reality, only you feel what you feel.
