Hypatia sends the first translations of Tatiana's diary to Julian and Emma. Basically, Benedict Lightwood put an enchantment on the house (could this be the curse?)

The dagger they found is Alastair's. When they ask the ghost about it, it tells them it's a Carstairs dagger and tells them to take it to Cirenworth.

Julian and Emma take the diary to the Shadow Market to have the enchantment removed. Hypatia removes the enchantment for them, but then the text turns into Purgatic script. Hypatia will translate the diary for them for a fee. They also find a fancy dagger from the Middle East in a Nephilim cache in an old church.

Julian confirms that Tatiana's diary is enchanted so that the reader forgets about it shortly after they read it. Emma and Julian make up.

Kieran confirms that not only is there a ghost, the house is also under a curse and tells Emma and Julian to break the curse immediately.

Mark hypothesises that Emma couldn't tell Julian about the diary because it's enchanted.

Julian upset because Emma didn't tell him about Tatiana's diary and doesn't know why she didn't. Julian worried about secrets and whether Emma wants him long term.

The ghost doesn't seem to be Matthew, but it tells them to read the diary (Tatiana's diary). Emma already has, but Julian didn't even know about it.

Emma and Julian return to The Devil's Tavern and find a copy of The Beautiful Cordelia by Lucie and find Matthew's flask stuck in a crevice in the wall.

Jem lets Emma know that The Devil Tavern has the secret rooms that the Merry Thieves used to hang out at, and how to get up to them.

Tessa overhears Kit talking to Livie's ghost about Ty, but has no idea which ghost he's chatting with.

Julian and Emma go to The Devil Tavern, but can't find anything relating to a silver band, so Emma reaches out to Jem for some help.

Julian asks Emma to move to London with him and also the ghost tells them to find The Devil's Tavern.

Magnus helps Julian and Emma with the ghost and finds out it's bound to the house with a silver band. (Also a male).

Emma and Julian try to use the ouija board to communicate with the ghost, but the ghost freaks out and breaks the board.

Emma and Julian use Ty's sensor and it leads them to old pages from Tatiana's journal and a ouija board behind a wall.

Dru texts Kit and he has a girlfriend who (may?) be a werewolf. She has 2 werewolf parents. Kit is still not talking to Ty and doesn't want to discuss him.

Tatiana goes to a ball at the Institute and meets Rupert Blackthorn, whom she will eventually marry.

Ty is doing great at the Scholomance and has made friends with Anush. Sends Emma and Julian a modified sensor to detect spectral energies.

Mark wants Ty to look up some information for him at the Scholomance relating to Blackthorn ghosts and who could be haunting Blackthorn Hall.

Kieran talking to General Winter about his adventures with the gang, decorating the throne room, how the Seelie Court doesn't want to have peace talks, and something shady in Faerie that he can feel.

Cristina, Mark and Kieran come over to visit Jules and Emma as they're fixing up Blackthorn Hall.

Tatiana's perspective on when Will read her diary out loud and it was all about how much she loved him. I know Will did this so she would stop loving him since he thought he was cursed, but it was still really cruel. This is when she began to hate him.

Emma finds Tatiana's diary. Dru is at Shadowhunter Academy.

Julian starts to feel uneasy in Blackthorn Hall and also gets an estimate from faerie builders to restore it (brownies?)

Is it surprising at all that Jem and Tessa love Kit like he's one of their own? Magnus is going to be visiting Jem and Tessa soon.

Julian and Emma move into Blackthorn Hall in preparation for getting it fixed up. Maybe there's a ghost?
