I guess it's time to finally read this

Daudz, kas jāpagūst izdarīt pirms operācijas , bet mazliet gribētos šo jau pabīdīt uz priekšu. Cerība šīs nedēļas laikā jau ķerties klāt nākamajai.

Sauciet mani par izlepušu, bet man prasās grāmatā vairāk kā divas nodaļas, ja grāmata ir tik apjomīga, ar vairāk kā 400lpp

Pirmā tā saucamā nodaļiņa izlasīta, tieši tik daudz, cik atceros no pēdējās reizes , kad šo grāmatu grasījos lasīt gadus atpakaļ. Nu, nu. Redzēsim, kur vedīs.

Lai arī biju gaidījusi , ka trakomājā tiks pavadīts vairāk laika , vides maiņa ir tīri atsvaidzinoša. Tēli gan manai gaumei pārāk neapstrādāti, un, protams, kur nu bez klasiskās romantikas , kad pēc trim sarunām kādām kāds jau ir uztverams kā brīnums un bez maz vai topošā mūža mīlestība.

Eju cauri mazam gabaliņam pēc gabaliņa.
Tāda sajūta, ka lasu bērnu piedzīvojumu stāstu , nevis kā aprakstīts "trilleri", bet varbūt man tas mūžīgs niķis smadzenēs , ja galvenie varoņi ir diezgan jauni.

Pirmās piecas "nodaļiņas " izlasītas. Lai arī atsauksmju dēļ es vairs negaidu neko labu, so far so good, nekas, kam būtu baigi vēlme piesieties. Bet vēl jāaprod , arī pie pašas lasīšanas atkal latviešu valodā.

OK. I'm screwed because thanks to this book now I might have to buy a book per day for a week and I am too broke to do that. :D

It asks me to tear up the book, to rip out a page. I am absolutely against it, but it says it's the point. Oh boy. Let me tell you this much. If by the end of this book I won't be a totally new person I will give it 1 star rating for making me do such awful thing.

Less than 100 pages left. It's alright. I can do this, right?

This is so not my pleasure read.

6 pages in and I've already realised that it's going to be a bit difficult for me to read this because of the writing style which I don't enjoy so far and also the fact that the main character already gets on my nerves. Let's see where will this lead.

Finally seeing something funny in this book. Or at least ironic, since it's the irony, not really something that I would laugh out loud about.

Trying to deal with this extremely slowly

Quite a lot of reviews saying this book I hilarious, just finished fifth chapter, still nothing I found funny.

Plan to finish this tomorrow. Last day off, hopefully I'll manage

A bit weird feeling it is, to be reading a sex scene while having a break at work.

An interesting thought that can be turned into a full on conversation with someone over a glass of wine or bottle of beer :
"Intention is one of the most powerful forces there is. What you mean when you do a thing will always determine the outcome."

I can't even begin to describe how good this physical copy feels like. And the story.. Yeah. Focusing on that one further on.

As everyone has been saying. It is quite addictive once you get started, but I am taking it slow due to lack of progress in my own chores, but can't deny the temptation to just keep reading it is quite strong. Still. Chapter, something to do, chapter, more stuff to do.

So I've just finished first 4 so called chapters and I know how it all starts. Tbh, when I bought the books years ago, I had no idea what's it about. Now I've read the summary and all I can think of that in a way it gives me Supernatural vibe. Will this change? Am I spending too much time watching TV series?
