End of Story 4 (remix of the Nightingale and the Rose)

Another source I’m unfamiliar with, but I liked this one! Not a happy ending and I’m 100% mad at it Lmaoo but also hope for the future — one reason why I don’t love anthologies in the past is because I always want the (good) stories to continue !! Neat magic system, 4 stars ✨ (🤞🏼please let the rest be just as good)

3rd Story done (Jane Eyre remix)

I LOVED this one, I’ve never read Jane Eyre (adding it to my TBR) but this was so good, the magic system, the characters (I ship Ezra and Adelina!! Give me more !!!) ugh this was so good

5 stars!

End of Story 2 (remix of Hades/Persephone) — 2.5 Stars, mid, didn’t like the worldbuilding and lack thereof, thought the character development was a bit rushed

It’s like they’re mixing magic and mythology with the clinical and business ? And they’re not doing a very good job at explaining the worldbuilding and this prophecy stuff and why it seems Persephone keeps being reborn to get kidnapped in the underworld lmao

Idk if I’m liking this Hades/Persephone story — I was never really a fan of the romanticized version of the myth, and I’m not a fan of the way they transformed but not transformed the Greek world lol, most of the names are the same but some aren’t? And there’s computer simulations by the Hades characters but Persephone has magic? Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

In a parallel universe I could ship Dumbledore and Jacob… is that weird 😭

Poor Johnny Depp couldn’t see this character to fruition :/

Losing motivation to do much of anything right now but I really loved this movie and so far the screenplay is really good — already way better than the second one

Of course her mystical healing power emerges when her love interest dies 🙄 not when all of her friends died too

This man’s brother just sacrificed himself for you guys and now he’s grieving and trying to help him and your solution to get him to stop and keep moving is to… slap him???
