Kat is 50% done with Out-of-Control: A Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Workbook for Getting Control of Our Emotions and Emotion-Driven Behavior
I think this is one of the most brilliant workbooks ever. I don't have much experience with CBT, but when I lived in a different state and was wrongly diagnosed with BPD I had so much DBT and hated it. This workbook however seems to be geared for me and my desire to always progress on a path of improving my life.

Just getting started on it, but am super excited because I read Beyond Codependency twice and loved all.that I learned. So I have my mind open to learn from this book also!

I'm actually rereading it, because it has been 3 years since I read it, and when I read it it was in a meeting. So far I am finding it filled with lots of learning, heartfelt information, that I can relate to.
