Reading this book with my 6th grade English class.

Just started, not really far enough into the book to say much about it. But I can say I love the time the story takes place which is 1940's.

One word......heartbreaking, so

This is a book that asks to be read in one sitting, it's hard to put down. Unfortunately, my life just does not give me that luxury.

This is a page turner, very good book. I am enjoying reading it.

Seems to be another quick paced book, I just wish I had the time to just sit and read it all at once.

my children's school is reading this, so I am reading it to them at night. really cute. But my children really feel sorry for Ivan he is so lonely.

Hard to put down, feel sorry for Rachel and what she has become because she can not let go and move on. So sad.

still not liking this boom, but will finish it. Not a well put together book. Neat idea for a story but not well put together.

this books has parts that make you cry.

Really worth the read, so far.

So far this is a good book, it has held my attention and keeps pulling me back to read. And with my little time to read that is a good thing.

the illustrations are wonderful. I love hearing Karaline explain what is going on in the pictures.

I love the pictures and black pages.
