This is another do not read book.

I really wanted to like this book but it's just a cliche self help book

Great book, but the audiobook edition is exasperating because the author, also narrating the book, insists on reading the quotes of the various scientists quoted within in what he imagines their accent to be. This results in an audiobook peppered with shitty impressions of British, Australian, French, and South American accents that distract from the actual material.
