At first, I was a little unsure about this book. I was not pleased with how the narrative in the second chapter, first one was very short, I found the mother to be so mean. I was concerned that the entire narrative was going to be like this. I was wrong!! Really liking this one!

Ok, so here it goes. This book is not bad in the least, a couple of punctuation issues. Overall, this author is not for me. This is one of those “throw away books” meaning I find it entertaining, but I would not have any interest in reading this author again. It’s kinda like eh...further review to come...2.5 stars so far.

I will say that the writing is just astoundingly beautiful. I love the period, however, this could have been paired down a bit-still very good. I have less than 100 pages to go, and I would rate this a good 3.75 stars if I were to rate it today.

I am over half way through this and right now, if I were to rate this one, I would give it a generous rating of three stars...not horrible, not mediocre, but definitely not one of the best books I have read so far this year. Good effort, but not great. BTW, I hate the name Celestial.
