Re-read these, series of 2, for the 4th (Or 3rd?) holiday break in a row. The 2nd book’s description of a large holiday party and the local village’s holiday market always brings me back. Then, I’m surprised by the other story lines which I also find intriguing...oddly, I’m least intrigued by all the wolf business than other threads & storylines. What a remarkable talent A.R. has with relationships of all sorts!

I love Nell Painter’s work. My kingdom for interdisciplinary. Super sad I didn’t get to hear her speak at Southern Festival of Books. But I can see. I can read. I can paint a little. So, I should probably shut up.

Saving for Christmas. Maybe.

This book hit me in the easy mini project/low attention span. Plenty of clever ideas. Hoping 1-2 teeny projects are fab for short Thanksgiving holiday trip. My fave teeny project is the Paper & Type initial thingy. Or the zodiac thingy. Or the signature thingy. No, not the signature thingy. Please don’t embroider my signature on a hoop when I’m dead. Creepy. Also, security alert. K, thanks.

The length of this book is killing me. May have to let it go...what.has.happened.to.me?

This is a re-reading for me. It’s been a while! #24in48 update 21.25 hours reading. Quick break. Switching reads, again. Trying to avoid an afternoon nap.
