Today I made Quinoa & Vegetable soup . Verry filling and delicious . I cut out the tomatoes ( due to my dietary restrictions) .
I've never been a huge fan of quinoa but it was so so flavor packed .

Tried the Ultracreamy Spaghetti with Zucchini from the newest season .
Due to dietary restrictions I made this with Gluten free pasta , and went light on the cheese .
Definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book is gigantic . I've spent hours upon hours over my holiday pouring over the pages . I'm super impressed by the recipes I've tried so far. ♥️
