C.E. Murphy has done it again. She has created a character you want as a best friend. The book begins light hearted and everyday making you want to be a part of the story, interacting with the main character (Lara) and her friend.

Seems like the author is trying to give the wolves human behavioral characteristics (i.e. deviousness, backstabbing), including a religion. None of the things that we normally associate with wolves or wolf pack behavior. But I won't jump to conclusions just yet, since I am not even a third of the way through the book. Hopefully she'll clarify things before the end of this book.

Well it so far it seems like, high school b**** squad meets wolf pack.

A great read so far. But must say that there is something definitely wrong with Skyla's parent's relationship, it just doesn't seem right.

Well it's happened already, a gratuitous sex scene. Can't the author come up with a better way to power up a spell. This scene is better fit for the shelves of your local XXX bookstore, than in this book trying to advance the story line.

Well it's finally starting to get interesting.

So far the only thing that is keeping my interest is to find out what happened to the character Lee from the first chapter. I hope I don't have to read the last book in the trilogy to get an answer. So far a disappointing read.

So far it's an interesting story, but I'm suprised Magiere didn't realize what she had killed after it was dead.
