Nah this took an unpleasant turn that I’m not enjoying. Orion’s entire character was meant to be a foil to Eden. To mess up that dynamic so soon and so brutally, I’m not sure if I’ll enjoy the rest of this book and the sequel.

What a meandering story. Feels like barely anything has happened.

Ah yes, Piper thinks she’s so much better than everyone else. The self-insert is so painfully obvious
