When Roxy, New York resident struggling to make it in the acting world, finds herself with no money and no acting prospects, she does what every girl in her situation does: finds her job. In her particular case, the job is doing singing telegrams. Her first job is to dress as a giant pink bunny and go to one guy’s home singing an ode to his penis, hired by one of his one-night-stands.

I was gonna try and finish this but this was a waste of my time. My eyes hurt from all the eye rolling! I'm a huge TB fan but I'm sorry this was her worse book to date.
Hero: one kiss turned him from manwhore to wanting more
Heroine: didn't like her (at all)
Romance: insta lust
Banter: felt forced
Humour: tried too hard to be funny
Side characters: annoying (all of them)
Phew glad I got that out my system. Now moving on...

Roxy has hit rough times and is the cliché starving actress struggling to land a job. In order to make ends meet, she takes a job singing telegrams, but never thought she’d have to sing a song in honor of a man’s, ahem, manliness, in a bunny suit, no less! No, that’s not humiliating at all…
When Louis opens the door and sees a hot bunny on his doorstep, he at first thinks he’s hallucinating. He gets a song of praise for his endowments, and you’d think that make a guy happy, but not so much when i ...more

Well, I'm finished with the book, & I have to be honest with you all: I did NOT like it.
It was just one cliché after another.... Furthermore, I feel as if I'm suffering from a major case of whiplash. The reader gets jerked back & forth throughout the entire book— the heroine wants the hero, then she cuts him off, then she wants him again, then she cuts him off again. THIS REPETITIVE & TEDIOUS CYCLE CONTINUES FOR 99% OF THE BOOK. It would have been nice if the author had mixed things up a bit, b ...more

Meh. But even meh books by Tessa Bailey are incredibly fun to read.
Those two are awful together and I cannot see their relationship surviving a year. They are both incapable of using their words in a way that seems excessive even for a romance novel - a genre where nobody ever uses their words (I am obviously exaggerating).

I hate the heroine. Seriously, hate that annoying female. She ruined the book for me and thus I'm DNF-ing it. I can't continue reading about her. She is super super super whiney and non-stop complaining. And I'm tired of hearing about how hot she thinks she is and that her body is perfection. The hero is ok, but I'm starting to hate him due to the fact that he didn't throw the heroine down a flight of steps. If he did that, I'd like him a lot.

He dragged a hand through his unkempt black hair. “Am I still drunk, or are you dressed like a rabbit?”
His voice was rough from sleep. Probably not his usual voice. That had to be the reason her tummy did a backflip. “I’m dressed like a rabbit.”
“Okay.” He tilted his head. “Should I be drunk for this?”
“If anyone should be drunk for this, it’s me.”
And that is our meet cute. And what a funny scene it was. Roxy is a struggling actress, and in order to procure some extra money, she takes a job a

This book and I pretty much hit it off right from the very first page. Chase Me has the right amount of charm, humor and banter--not too mention sizzling chemistry--between the main characters that I just knew right from reading that very first page, I was in love.
Unfortunately, that love that I was starting to feel was short-lived. The female protagonist, Roxy, kept going in circles regarding her feelings toward the guy, Louis, that it was enough to make a woman go mad with dizzines ...more

I finished it so I will rate: 0STAR. I will not waste my time why I" disappointing in this book, I'll just say this doesn't look like TB wrote it. I don't think I ever told readers to not read a book but with this one, I just can't recommend, AT ALL. If anyone wants to read a book by her, read the LINE OF DUTY series. Those will make you happy

A light-hearted new adult from Tessa Bailey. The hero is much less intense than her normal hero, yet still dirty in the bedroom. The heroine and her roommates made me laugh - great chemistry between them.
Overall, I really enjoyed this one. The conflict is a little predictable and it has a pretty abrupt ending - but I'd recommend this one. I really hope the heroine's roommates get books. ...more

Loved this story. My only complaint, it wasn't long enough. No seriously, I felt like it needed another 100 pages and it would've been golden. The ending was rushed. But all the other stuff, the beginning and middle, was pure awesomeness. Seriously, Tessa Bailey can write funny, attentive, entertaining and smut all nicely into one book. This was a great beginning to a new series. ...more

I loved Louis he is the only reason I finished this book. He deserved to be happy and everyone calling him a manwhore not cool !! Being a single young person is NewYork it is easy to have casual sex. Another thing I appreciate that Tessa gives young people freedom and understanding of there bodies. I love the safe sex!! I am so sick of every book people just filling everyone up with semen. Like Jesus the stuff messes up your PH balance. Also, Louis sisters are the biggest dick heads in the plane

I bought this book over 6 years ago and I'm finally getting this one off my list.

Another scorching hot read from Tessa Bailey. The weirdest meet cute ever with the female MC Roxy donning a pink rabbit costume in order to sing a telegram to a perfect stranger since she is strapped for cash. Louis, waking up from the worst hangover ever thinks he is hallucinating but the rabbits voice intrigues him. Their banter is witty and charged, and after a drool-worthy kiss, the gauntlet is thrown down.

“Please, oh keeper of the golden penis, let me worship at your flawless phallus.”
Now that was a lot of fun!
I almost didn’t read Chase Me, because I’m kind of getting burned-out on this genre. Thank goodness I didn’t miss this one, though. It’s a really quick read that’s sweet, sexy and full of laughs. The humor is the main thing that won me over, but there are many other aspects that helped too.
We don’t exactly get off on a very good foot with Louis. I mean, c’mon, Roxy is there to deliv ...more

Seriously guys, if you're a fan of quick sexy romances and haven't tried any Tessa Bailey books, then you're missing out. She's one of those authors I always turn to when I'm in the mood for a lighter read that can set my e-reader on fire. With Chase Me, she once again crafted such a story. As soon as I read that first scene in Chase Me and was dying of laughter, I knew I was in for one helluva of a ride. How much did I love this book? So much, in fact, that I actually may have considered dressing up in a pink bunny suit and writing a song about it. Okay, maybe I wouldn’t go that far, but I did really, really enjoy it.
From the very first meeting between Roxy and Louis, their chemistry sizzled off the page, and it only grew as the story went on. Louis earned a Top Spot in the BBHOF (book boyfriend hall of fame) for sure. Not only for his dirty, delicious mouth, but because he was a sweetheart to b ...more

New York Times Bestselling author Tessa Bailey can solve all problems except for her own, so she focuses those efforts on stubborn, fictional blue collar men and loyal, lovable heroines. She lives on Long Island avoiding the sun and social interactions, then wonders why no one has called. Dubbed the “Michelangelo of dirty talk,” by Entertainment Weekly, Tessa writes with spice, spirit, swoon and a
