I want to try to finish at least one more book before the month is over, so I’m picking up a short one. I’ve been meaning to read this Sanderson story for quite some time!

I am much more interested in Elias’ story than I am Laia’s.

This is gorgeously written.

I think I’m finally invested in another audiobook. Normally, I listen to audiobooks more than I actually read, but nothing has been keeping my attention. Hopefully, this will do the trick.

I was thinking of selling this back to HPB when I finished it, but my son just spit up all over it....so. #firstcasualty

I’m going to put this down for a bit. I’m not going to for sure DNF it, but it’s slowing me down, and I don’t want to sink into a reading slump.

Ebooks seem to work best for me right now, but I’m still enjoying this very much.

Okay.....I love Backman, but I’m 2 hours in and this is not holding my attention....I’m thinking it’s just me not being in the right mood for it?

Been meaning to read a John Boyne novel forever. I think I’m going to love this. It’s my “it’s too dark and late to grab a physical book because I am feeding a baby at 4am, but really need to stay awake” ebook.

I’m glad that she brought up that faeries can’t lie, because I was really not trusting this Locke guy....maybe I still don’t? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m enjoying this one!

I know everyone else really like this book, but for some reason I didn’t expect to. I’m actually really enjoying it, though. It took me a little while, but I am quite invested now.
