This will be my last read of the decade. 🥳

Enjoying this, but not in love with it.

This book makes me sad.

I’m unsure how I’m feeling about all of this.

I’ve read this book so many times, but I still am having a hard time putting it down so I can go to sleep.

And so begins my fifth annual read of my favorite book. This will be my first time reading it as a father, so I am really excited to see how my experience changes this time around. I love this book. 🥰

I need something light after the emotionally turbulent experience of reading Dear Edward.

This audiobook is read by Tom Hanks and it is FANTASTIC!

Okay, this is reeeeally good.

I know that the Simon Snow books are really popular, but I miss this kind of Rainbow Rowell.

Doing a quick little reread of this. I wanted a holiday themed book, and this takes place around Christmas.

Siiiiiiigh......I’m DNFing this for now. Honestly, I have no idea what’s going on. I feel like the audiobook format is just not ideal for this story. I’ll try to read it physically at some point.

I’ve had this ARC since August. So, naturally, I waited until the month before it releases to get to it. 🙄 I have high hopes for this, though! Thank you Netgalley and Dial Press for the Advanced Copy!

Sadly, this writing style is just not vibing with me. At least not yet. It’s beautiful, and all that....just a bit too meandering for me.

And so, with feelings both bitter and sweet in my heart, I began my last Donna Tartt novel. I wonder if she will ever start a book on a happy note.

This plot better get rolling. This book is SHORT.
