I can’t put it down

I can’t put it down. It has a fair amount of clichés, but I like the spookiness.

Oof some parts of this did not age well.
Still I enjoy the concept of all these characters being thrown together.

Let me start with it is hard to write in the first person well. Also, I am not typically a fan of books in high school. I picked this up because I’m going through sort of a light prepper phase, and it was the only audiobook in my library related. This book is kicking off to a pretty good start and I’m having a tough time putting it down. Outcast communities in arranged marriages in a disaster prepping backdrop.
