10/10 recommend for a plane read - you automatically get sucked in to the plot and the characters. So far everything has been completely predictable but I don’t care - hallmark movie vibes.

The kooky romance I need right now that doesn’t require much thought and just satisfyingly checks the boxes.

Placing on my “try again in the future” shelf because the depression rep is so fantastic that I can’t handle reading it right now

* kinda slow but still fun
* 100% the breakfast club but set in space with diverse romance exploration
* Imagine if HP or SW took chunks of time where everyone is just sitting around and talking - not dealing with the fear of dying or war. Kinda feels like fanfiction in that way but my brain that can’t handle too many emotions or action rn is grateful

I bought this book during an existential crisis so naturally I have to read it during another existential crisis, right??

I’ve become so attached to this story that I both want to devour the rest in one sitting but also want to make it last as long as possible because gosh is the wait for the second book going to suck.

Not as good at the first book but such a fun audiobook series for getting life done

This took a turn that I don’t like - boooo ignoring trauma and rape. This better have a good ending

Call me crazy but I didn’t expect this book to repeat the word cultish so many darn times

2) Wish I could skip work and binge it in a day
3) Please judge me because I’m kind of starting to read it as a Y/N Harry Styles fanfic and idk what that says about my mental health but probably nothing good

Kind of the perfect artsy, explorative, dramatic summer read. Couldn’t stand the physical arc but really enjoying the audiobook.

Finally accepting the fact that I can’t really stand any of these characters and the big “dramatic twist” was eye-rolling. Not the sad girl book I was wanting!!!!

I’m obsessed

This book is a whirlwind of emotions and knowledge. Not the sad girl book I expected (at least not yet) but honestly better.

DNFing because I wanted it to be good but it’s just not. Narrator choice partly to blame.

Both a laugh out loud and a therapy session. Harold is me as a kid but smarter. Bless him for how much anxiety and depression he will have later in life.

Okay I’m pissed because what I thought would be a murder was actually a suicide. That being said, my jaw hasn’t dropped this many times over one book in YEARS. I couldn’t stop thinking about it and wanted to listen to it all the time. 10/10 recommend for a well done #metoo book but lots of trigger warnings!!!!

Idk how I feel about this book but maybe that means it’s brilliant? Or it’s just meh and that’s fine.

Love women admitting their toxicity to each other and moving on and banding together to get revenge on the men who ruined their careers and faith in relationships and all that crappy jazz.
