Yikes is this a lot

I’ve forgotten how immediately you get a sense of the players in her books. Thriller writers are a dime a dozen but she has real talent for writing women as unreliable narrators and she isn’t afraid to talk about the things girls experience in college.

So far, it’s been an easy page turning read. Classic Kemmerer plucky heroine and tortured hero but it’s eminently readable and a nice escapism.
