I'm already fuckin disgusted. "Hindsight is 20/20" smh FOH. This book is making me mad lol Goes to show self preservation applies to everything and everyone, which is understandable but gah damn, what point is there for the medical system if it's not truly in place to help the patient?? The book even said literally and point blank "only the wealthy would benefit to...". SMH. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I HAVE TO GET RICH!!

I'm very, very curious and interested in this book. I hate that I have to divide my time between so many great books but I'm glad I found them. Lately, I've been hearing a lot of good things about Deepak Chopra. Whereas, not too long ago I would've dismissed anything about him due to my former way of being and thinking, I'm open to learning about him now. Already, this book has dropped some gems and designate with!

I'm not gonna lie, I picked it up off the strength of my morbid curiosity for things like this but am a tad apprehensive to continue reading while still wanting to at the same time. So far, it does seem interesting, but I feel like I'm about to encounter some soul disturbing information and I def don't need that in my life rn, I'm just gonna be honest lol I'll read a little bit more of it and see how things go.

I've began to realize that my preferred reading style is by reading with the actual physical copy of the book. Its books like this that are even more fun to read bc each page is beautifully illustrated. The writing style creates the tone for the book and leaves me wanting to continue to read it!
