Rend is starting The Emotion Code: How to Release Your Trapped Emotions for Abundant Health, Love, and Happiness (Updated and Expanded Edition)
Definitely some interesting concepts regarding storing our emotions in our body. I agree with much of that. I didn’t get as excited about the methods to release them and the notion that it solves everything. I think reality is more complex.
Didn’t finish the book.

I like it so far. She is a talented writer and humorous. I think it's a good idea - taking a break from screen time.
