A Voracious Reader (a.k.a. Carol) > Recent Status Updates

I'm now 8 books behind in my challenge because I've had no time to read. Hubby was laid off on the 17th due to COVID-19 and he has decided that he must get ALL the projects around here done while he has the time. Starting with the bookshelves in the Exterior Library. Which means I have to help him. How has this happened to me? lol

The MC is completely unlikeable and the writing from her POV is confusing. If other chapters weren't devoted to other characters I would have slapped this book onto the DNF shelf and moved on already. I may still do that.

I was 9 books behind but thanks to a 3-day bender I'm on track. lol

Really liking this book.
