Really? There seems a be a plot hole here....Hoping the rest of the book clears it up, unless I read something wrong.

Wow. Sorry, but this is just horrible. I started skimming ahead and I'm really disappointed. The author really had a chance do something awesome and daring with this book but nooooo. In the end we are in the same boring predictable place we started off in. Claire has lost her likability too. Maybe I'll do a proper reading of this book later.

So far I'm not liking this book. After seeing a few of the reviews I really had high hopes for it.

Why can't you all just go to the store together? Seriously, you guys have lived in Morganville for how long?

Dexter's fondness for donuts warms my heart. I hope we find out in this book what the hell is wrong with him.

I'm probably not going to finish this book. Clary has to be the worst protagonist ever. None of the characters in this book are likeable. Jace is annoying as hell. Simon is just horrible. This is why I should never buy books based on the cover.

I like the book so far. For some reason I thought I would find it depressing and disturbing but it is much more interesting than I thought it would be.

Aww poor Myrnin. I use to think I was reading too much into his interactions with Claire but he was pretty quick to say that she'd probably be better off without Shane.

Okay what the hell Shane? You know you are being glamoured, you know what you are doing is wrong, but you keep doing it anyway because if you're not a dick you're a poor little orphan boy? Whatever.

I already like this book so much better than Ghost Town, save for the parts where it switches to Shane's point of view. It's only been twice so far but it's distracting.

Of course....

Too many characters, and I'm still a little confused about what's going on. I'm expecting Evergreen's entrance to be badass though, hopefully I’m not disappointed. Edward Kelley is the most entertaining character so far, everyone else is kind of bland.
