I'm finding that this book would be MUCH better if I was a pseudo-intellectual 18 year old attending college in the late 1960s. As a 40-something pseudo-intellectual college drop out, I'm just not feeling this book yet. I'm a huge fan of Barth's End of the Road and the gloriously odd film that was made of it...
