Wow... This protagonist is way beyond what is believable... and the author is in such a hurry to get it all out. Too bad. It could have been a good story.

Just ended chapter four - and was that an interesting twist, or what? :-)

Very interesting concept, so far. I am very intrigued by it, especially since it has the ability to take turns I didn't really expect it to, which is something I enjoy with a book.

'Ambient Textured Melodic Binaural Subtones'... That had me totally cracking up... :-D

Still enjoying this book a lot. Only wish I had more time to spend on reading... Will get there eventually. :-)

So far (page 23 of 296) I really enjoy this book. The language is fun and speedy, and I do like the humor in it. It also pleases me immensely that the main character is a food critic who suddenly developed at least dairy intolerance, and maybe even gluten intolerance. It especially pleases me because I'm celiac myself and reading about other people's struggle finding food they can eat puts some Band Aid on my soul.

Page numbers are a bit weird, but I've read 29% of the book, and so far I'm quite intrigued and still enjoying it. :-)
