Did I read this way back when it first came out? I don’t know. It all feels familiar.
A 20-hour audiobook is looong. I’m bored thus far. I can’t get invested in a story where so much time is spent going on about how a male character’s motivation is all about a woman’s beauty. Not her mind, her spirit, her heart, her devotion, her talent, … just beauty. Meh.
I haven’t given up yet but…
