Poor research on Orthodox churches, Mrs. author. If you did any research, you would know that one of the main differences between Catholic and Orthodox churches is no one primarily sits. Everyone stands during services. There are benches in Orthodox churches, but my guess is they are for older people or whatever, but everyone stands. This is what always surprised me about Catholic churches, the fact everyone sits.

There is too much telling not much showing...
Instead of telling me so much about this world off screen I would have prefered to explore...this is exactly why scifi are usually exloration type of stories. There really is a good reason for that.
Also...too happy and nice and I don't give a fuck about how good another pastry is out of a million more to come. What joy...

Oh my god I am LOVING this! XD It's like reading Damaged Like Us all over again, there is this similar feeling/tone going on and omg wow... I love love LOOOVE these kind of stories!!!!! Hope this keeps up, so far so AWESOME! XDD

Alina is annoying af, romantic stuff make me facepalm and the supposed Russian here makes me cringe and laugh (though rarely it is well done and I am guessing it was simple luck in that aspect XD)...but I do enjoy this story a loooot more than the first book. We are always moving forward so far, don't want to jinx it haha. Nikolai is a babe~
