So far off to an awesome start. I love survival stories and I can't wait to learn more about Crane's journey in the Alaskan Wilderness back in WWII a vastly different Alaska than it is today.

Such a great start to this book. Helen lost her husband in a ski accident years ago, or so we think. She's moved on and has a new love in her life and the daughter she had with her husband, Paul. she's asked to do interior design on a chalet in the Swiss Alps near the village where Paul's accident happened. She does go but she's pretty on edge at this point in the book. I really like Helen's character!

Amazing, loving this book thus far. I enjoy stories where the H and h were childhood friends or even enemies at times but later fall for one other! Can't wait to see what happens!

This book is off to a great start. First of it is so fascinating to see what life in the South Pole is really like. I've not gotten to the mystery part of it, just the setup of the characters in their setting, so now a lot of the goings-on in the South Pole, which is just so amazing to learn about!

Such an amazing story, I truly love Beatrice and Wright, they are turning into a lovely couple. No, they haven't made that official step yet, but you get little glimpses that it's coming and I just love seeing them start falling in love! Can't wait to see what happens next!

What is not to love about a book all about a bookish heroine so much like me and then add in an amazing rogue who deep inside is a sweet gentleman you just can't go wrong! This is off to a great start and Bell's writing is as impeccable as ever!

SO loving this book! I rarely read contemporaries but this one is a winner! I'm laughing so hard! We meet Melody Joo at her new job for a gaming company and she's only been there a few weeks and already she's being booted out of her desk, which is given to the CEO's nephew. Through a series of events, the CEO over-hears she and her female colleague talking about games and he then steals her idea! Till next time!

I've decided to put this book aside for now and return to it again later. I don't' want to give up on it but right now it's just too much going back and forth in the main heroine's mind between the present and the distant past and not-so-distant past. It's not a bad book but right now it just is not my cup of tea and I love WWII historical fiction, but this is just not sitting right. So, I'll return to it again!

wow, does this book take you on some interesting turns and she sure leaves you in suspense about who the murderer is; however, she does give some nummy crumbs that make you really wonder! I truly am a huge fan now of this author and I can't wait to keep reading this book! Till next time!

I can't stop reading this book, it is so good and I'm so invested in the characters' lives. It isn't just about the killer and the victims it's about the detectives, their families, and the victim and their families, the family unit is a huge theme throughout this book. I also really love how the author shares details without being overly graphic, the reader is able to figure it all out. Great book! Till next time!

Just started this book! I was actually in the midst of her second book when I became intrigued by some of the backstories and references from the first book that I decided to read the first one. The characters just draw you in, Alyssa and Cord just take you for a ride! The author gives you just enough detail without being overly gory, which I enjoy! So far I'm well invested in this story! Till next time!

This is getting very good. 4 Men knew Jennie, one was her former boyfriend invited her to have drinks with her at the local saloon that was in a more shady part of town and one of the men spiked her drink with a sleeping drug, which became one of the first date rape drugs. She wasn't falling asleep and they gave her more and more. Finally she slept, they carried her off into a carriage & onto their next destination.

Just getting started with this and at this point, we are getting into the character's backgrounds and setting up for what happens on that night. This is based on a historical murder back in the late 1800s in Riverside in Paterson, New Jersey. I have never heard of this case and am looking forward to learning more as we progress! Till next time!

This is such a lovely book! Another class romance where the hero is the former stable boy and the heroine is a Lady. Her father wants her to get married to one of the wealthy lords but she sees a way out by racing a horse she specifically bred. She asked her father to give her 3 years but he's now upped his request and insists she marry Lord Charles in 2 weeks. She asks Jack to train her horse. Till next time!

In the meantime whilst Eloise is back in France, William gets his own house, his parents weren't ready for him to move out but he is and he has plans for Eloise, but what are those plans? Really great story thus far, I especially love that Eloise is a servant and Mr. Townsbridge of member of the Gentry. I have always loved romances between classes, next to a marriage of convenience it's my favorite trope to read and write as well! I just love Eloise, she is so sweet and very level headed, and boy would I love to try some of her goodies!
