The transgender section took a lot out of me bc it was contradictory and just plan wrong in many parts. I wrote lots of corrections in the margins. Hopefully the rest of the books will not be as taxing. :(

VERY heavily gendered so far. Very cis het centered. This is very disheartening considering that A. The book's introduction specifically mentions updating info as it becomes available (it is now understood that cis het normalitivity is harmful) and B. The book does have sections that talk about queer bodies and queer sex. So confusing!
