Library haul today. Quick find.

Freaking love this book. The plates are beautiful. It’s like a mini trip to the French impressionists wing at the Louvre. It’s a reread. My first read was in art history class in college.

Don’t be both the con artist and the one being conned at the same time. You don’t just read this book. You reflect and make notes. Then practice. Reading a few paragraphs is a great way to start the morning for me at least. I’m not a morning person. 🤣

Delightful

Total panic mode this morning because I thought I lost my book. Tore up the hotel room and worried about pleading insanity or mas tequila to the library. Turns out K took it to the pool to save a lounge chair for me. 🤣😀🤣😀.

Part of my library haul for vacation reads. I have read a couple of his books in the past. They were fantastically well done. Hoping this one retains his standards.

My favorite was The Kind Worth Killing.
