I have started this book during the Math Readathon on the 5th of July. It sounds very interesting so far.

I am surprised by how fast the book gets to more advanced and complex topics. Totally enjoying it!

Really promising start. I am already hooked.

This book gets better and better. The images for each topic are so good and they just give more to the text. With this book, it just shows how much an image does to understanding mathematics and its applications. Also, this book does such a good job at talking about the applications of different mathematical concepts. I feel like I haven't finished the book yet and I am writing a mini-review for it already.

Chapter 7 was a little harder to read for me...

I am discovering so many small historical aspects I didn't know.

The "Introduction" is so lovely written. I totally love his way of talking about the importance of mathematics.

His comparison between "real mathematics" and chess is really great.

There are so many philosophical questions all over the place. I am thinking of writing a list with all of them.

The "Psychology" chapter is insanely good. I've started to love this book more and more. I still find it hard to read, but I am thinking about it more and more.

I am a little sad right now... Understanding his struggles in his last years is mostly important for understanding the book as a whole.

I totally recommend this edition with the "Foreword" by C. P. Snow. It gives more details about Hardy and his life. Basically, the "Foreword" is like a short biography.

Reading slowly, but I still think it is incredibly interesting... totally feeling the vibe of "university course".

Part 2 is way better than Part 1 :)

At the moment and I feel a little stuck. I am still expecting the high math concepts - especially category theory ones, but I feel stuck with the cooking and her stories about random facts from her life. I enjoy her writing style and I think this could be a wonderful read for anyone that is just studying maths at school or would like to find out more...
