Aaron is on page 76 of 320 of The Fall of Rome: A Novel of a World Lost
Giving up. Horrible, boring, and a view of history mired in Gibbon-esque view of medieval/late classical age that went out of style decades ago. Could have been a great novel, written by someone with the talent of a Bernard Cornwell. As is, well, I just want the book gone. Life's too short.

An amazing book so far. Getting into the 1970s artists I'm more familiar with--Fairport, Sandy Denny, the whole Albion Band conglomerate.
