this is pretty good so far. the characters are a little bland, but that's not all that terrible. good quick read.

There's nothing I can say that can describe how much I love this book.

Every chapter of this book just gets better and better. The evolution of various characters over the books is amazing; Characters you used to hate become very endearing.

I tore through this book in the past week. Loving every second of it.

I lent this to my mom to read. I don't know if she is though. If she hasn't started it by the time I'm done with Name of the Wind I'm taking it back.

I'm loving this book. I've been reading 4-5 chapters every day. The worldbuilding is great. There's no useless exposition just for the sake of it.

I can't update with a page since I'm reading on the Kindle but this has gotten awesome! Theon has made his return and Dany has met some new people. Loving Tyrion's chapters, he's probably my favorite character after Jon Snow.

I'm really enjoying this book. The story moves along at a fair clip and is easy to follow. The main character, while a bit shallow currently, feels like a real person. I like that the basis of the plot is based on real events; it lends it a bit of weight. Really looking forward to digging into this book.
