Time for a lighter read. One of my favorites as a teenager—I’m hoping I still have a good time!

i’m reading really slowly lately but still enjoying this one

i might read everything sayaka murata writes. i love how strange and unique these stories are so far.

Apparently Kindle decided not to automatically update this one for me. I’m not used to having this many books going at one time, but that’s what it is going to be with this many short stories and nonfiction. I’m enjoying this one so far!

about 25% in and so far a lot of these stories are pretty unengaging. i’m hoping for better coming up soon.

i’ve nearly cried several times so far. this poetry collection is painful.

still enjoying it, but some of the novelty is wearing off. i do love miranda july’s voice but the stories aren’t quite sticking the landing for me.

this is such a trudge, but i’ve owned this book for so long that i feel committed to finishing it. thank goodness for my library having the audiobook, it’s saving me a lot of pain in this endeavor.

Partially reading physically, partially audiobook listening. My heart hurts.

DNF after two and a half chapters. I’m a little too weak for this one. Maybe another time.
