I never have time that is specifically carved out so that I can read, so on my own time I have to remember that I have to read.

When I read I read lots and lots of pages, more than what is required for every update. I don't read very often, but I really like to read and I wish I had more time to do so. Most of the time I read in the living room or in my room on the weekends around the middle of the day. My mom reads a lot which helps remind me to read my independent reading book.

Instead of dreading, not looking forward to could have been used, dreading makes it it sound like the next thing is horrible. Carnage is a very brutal word, this making the scene sound like it is in disrepair.

Four and Nine are sparring because Four says that he is Pittacus Lore, but Nine disagrees. They have also decided to go either to New Mexico, or Paradise depending on who wins. Scorching, dreading, and carnage are three words that add emotion to the text. Instead of scorching, the author could have used hot, but this adds intensity to the scene.

The numbers have a lot to do with the entire series of books, but in this novel the numbers really come into play. The conflict is building and the Garde are becoming stronger; making their enemies more frustrated as every day.

"those factors which make the story bold and fresh aside in favor of an easy, cinematic conflict as it prepares for the next title and builds toward a final numerical showdown. Reviewer: Matthew Weaver" VOYA. I have just finished this book and this quote really summarizes the events that have taken place.

I finished my last 30 pages in I Am Number Four. In The Power of six Sam, Four, and Six all are moving south. The new character in the book is walking to her secret cave in the woods. Sam, four and six have been staying in a motel outside of Paradise. Four, six, and the new character are looking for eachother, but only indirectly.

Pittacus Lore is the author of I Am Number Four, except this is not a real person. This is a name that is given to the two authors that wrote this book, as well as many others. James Frey and Jobie Hughes are the pair that make up the Pittacus Lore name.

Right now number four, John, and number six are fighting. Number six just found number four and the charm has been broken. This means that any of the nine legacy holders can be killed in any order, instead of numerical order. Number six, number four, Henri, Sarah, and Mark are all helping to kill anyone everyone that is a threat to number four and number six.

Page 290 of 782 My book, I Am Number Four, has the main character, John, and his guardian, Henri, always running. This can relate to my life because I feel like I am always running, but not in the way they are. I am always running to my next goal, my next thing to do, or running away from something I want to forget. Just like John and Henri I am pursuing one goal after another, always running to get there.

The main character in this book, which currently goes by John Smith, lives in a rural area in Ohio. In I Am Number Four the setting changes constantly, according to the plot. John moves all the time and has never stayed in the same place on Earth for more than about nine months. He has to move so often so that he is not tracked down and killed. If he were to stay in the same place now, he would die.

Grace is finished with So Inn Love
In the book So Inn Love Catherine Clark, the author, used a lot of direct characterization through dialogue. One example of this is when Liza is angry at Hayden and says, '"You're such a phony,"' Liza says. Another example of direct characterization is when Hayden says, '"Are you wimping out on me? That’s so not like you."'

P 142 of 430-Caroline is keeping her eye on Liza, she just got in trouble for being with Hayden. Ms.Crosley got her in trouble, but it was Caroline who was looking at them just before Liza got a talking to.Liza is spending a lot more time with Hayden than she was before and Caroline is probably skeptical. Caroline hasn't been making Liza's stay easier, but Liza will still have as much fun as she wants, on her terms.

Becca and Alex just saw that Leo was at the convention with Leo's friend Brian. Alex has shown independence. She showed independence when Becca was too sick to talk, her mom was at work, and her brothers were at school, all at the same time. She was all alone and was able to stay on her feet.

Alex is thinking about Leo, she has not seen Leo since the funeral. I would be friends with Alex, the main character. I would be friends with her because she has been through a lot, but she doesn't let that change her. She is still the same person, but a little bit stronger because of Becca having cancer.

Alex is hiding in the book closet at school. She is mad and doesn't know if she should go home or stay at school. The author choses to write about this book in a way that the world of a teenager is actually seen. I appreciate this style of writing because it is true to the character and the situations that she is in.

Leo's older brother just died. Alex is deciding wether or not she should go to the funeral. If one thing could be changed in this book, I would want Becca to have an older sister. This would be something that while be good to change because the book would be more enjoyable to read if Becca had a person to look up to.

Becca and Alex just Skyped, and Alex learns that Becca is very sick. The setting of this book is a small town. The setting is not deeply described, but it sounds like the average town. The town, looking at it from afar, is boring, it does not have anything that special about it. But looking closely at it you see that the high school that Alex attends is live with energy.

Alex learns that Becca has cancer on the first day of school. "Not wanting to leave it behind." This quote is literally talking about how Alex doesn't want to leave the list behind, but after analyzing it, it means that Alex doesn't want to leave Becca behind, or Becca leave her.
