Uh. The main character using "half-breed" to describe a half-Asian character had better mean that his other half is like vampire or angel or something, because otherwise it's racist as hell.

Halfway through the third book in the series, and as much as I loved the first two, this one is difficult to get through. The plot feels a lot more scattered, and all of the characters have suddenly become joyless. :/
