Ughhhh I wish this was 50 pages shorter, as I always do. I find myself getting bored a little bit but I do love the premise still and a lot of aspects.

I still love the premise but I think a lot could be edited out. I feel like at halfway point we should have more answers about Samson but there are none. We basically know nothing and it’s annoying me.

Off to a good start. Haven’t really ventured into colonial horror but the juxtaposition between folklore and puritan is spelling out to be a great ride 🦅

Interesting choice to have 1st person POV for one character and 3rd for another.

1) no way these people don’t have raging cases of STDs. 2) this book is never ending. It’s not like it’s bad, I’m enjoying it, but dear god when will it end!!! (In like 50 pages lol)
