I think it's the amazing attention to details and the great presentation of characters that makes his stories feel so real

Very nice read, but impossible to read fast; shock full of allegories, imagery and metaphors and long, complicated sentences... Plus something about the narrative makes me hear the whole thing in a slow nice baritone voice...
