i can understand the fuzz, this is good writing

First book (or 'season') finished. The main story is good, the other one not so much. Not a complete book standalone at any rate, good thing I have the whole package.

Amount of violence, filth and gore makes me numb - that can't be the intent

A lot of "Texas chainsaw massacre II"-feeling in this one
