Very much consistent with the first part, really like the characters

I did stumble on this at my library and I like it even better than book 1…

Really is a masterpiece.

Enjoying this more than I thought! Bit clunky storytelling, but that kind of makes it feel like a real story.

This book hits me harder every time.

Really liking this, mostly the setting, which is a new one for me.

My last update for this book was saying that it was "time to line it up for a re-read" and I just realised that was more than 5 years ago, time flies...

Obviously I needed my excellent and lovely friend Sarah to agree to buddy read it with me - but that happened, so here we go!

Love me some Kafka. Tbh the forewords and background info is probably the best with this volume - the letter itself is a bit painful reading.

Only the completist in me keeps going at this point…

Thought I’d go back and read the Miss Marple’s I haven’t marked as “read” here. Pretty sure I’ve been through all of them, but the earliest I wouldn’t be able to tell anyway…
