This is a highly enjoyable book. As a beer nerd and home brewer, it is an interesting read. Can’t wait to try some (or all) of the included beer and food recipes. The research, archaeology and all of the many sciences interweaved throughout are presented in an interesting and readable manner. Hey, I’m not a scientist! 5/5
