It’s been a while since I’ve fallen for a fictional male character! I am pleasantly impressed with how Owens has written Tate and the puppy love that Tate and Kya have in the earlier years of their story. Themes of consent, of romance, of kindness and of respect echo more in the book (at this point) than it did in the movie!
